| Dave is very thorough and has been always honest with our car repairs. When he says the car is going to be done, it's done. He makes necessary recommendations, and gives us also the optional recommendations. We brought one of our older cars into Dave because it was making an odd knocking noise. Of course, like going to a doctor's office, when we got there, our car wasn't making the noise. Dave took it for a diagnostic that afternoon and the sound couldn't be reproduced. Dave did not charge us for his time. |

UNLIKE OUR HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MENLO MAZDA where we spent 45 minutes waiting with 5 guys staring at a part and charged us $75 for not doing a thing. |
